All on 4 system
Restoring a beautiful and healthy smile is now easier than ever. Tooth and bone loss can often be so extensive that patients are forced to wear uncomfortable dentures, which may easily lose retention and cause discomfort. Fortunately, today we can offer a better solution.
Dental implants are not a new concept in dentistry. The high success rate and comfort provided by implant-supported restorations have made the All-on-4 procedure a standard practice, whether for older or younger patients in need of dental implants.
What is All-on-4?
The All-on-4 method involves a fixed prosthetic bridge supported by four dental implants. This is the minimal number of implants required to secure a stable and functional restoration, eliminating the need for uncomfortable dentures.
Since the number of implants is reduced, the risk of complications is also lower. Additionally, the cost of dental implants with this approach is significantly more affordable. At the end of the treatment, the patient receives a full dental arch with 10 to 12 teeth per jaw, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics.
A Highly Aesthetic and Functional Solution
The All-on-4 system provides an aesthetically refined outcome, with evenly positioned crowns that enhance the natural appearance of the smile. This method offers patients a lasting, stable, and visually appealing solution for tooth replacement.

All on 4 system options
The patient can choose the material, as these types of restorations—dental bridges on implants—can be done in various ways. Full zirconia or metal-free bridges, as well as metal-free crowns individually cemented onto a printed metal framework, provide an aesthetically perfect appearance.
The cost of All-on-4 restorations is significantly more affordable than any other implant-supported solution designed to replace missing teeth and free the patient from full dentures.
What is the procedure for the All-on-4 system?
The procedure is straightforward and consists of two phases—surgical and prosthetic—which together ensure a functional and aesthetic smile.
The surgical phase begins with a detailed examination and diagnostics to assess the condition of the jaw and determine the optimal implant placement. During the procedure, four implants are placed into the jaw. This is a minimally invasive procedure, and the patient often receives a temporary bridge on the same day or the following day, immediately restoring both function and aesthetics.
The prosthetic phase follows the period of osseointegration, during which the implants fuse with the bone. At this stage, the temporary bridge is replaced with a permanent prosthetic restoration, customized in shape, color, and function to match the patient’s natural teeth. This final phase ensures durability and a natural appearance, allowing the patient to enjoy daily activities without limitations.
A major benefit of this method is that, even in the first phase, the All-on-4 system provides a temporary fixed bridge on the same day. The patient immediately has a stable, functional restoration, which will be replaced with a permanent prosthetic solution after a few months.
